Storage & Dormancy Policy

1Free storage period

Every academy gets free storage for a limited period when it starts:

• New academies (created on or after 20 September 2026): 1 GB free for 2 months, counted from the day the academy is created.
• Existing academies (created before 20 September 2026): 10 GB free for 3 months, until 20 December 2026.

2Storage charges after the free period

After the free period, storage is billed at ₹10 per GB per month on every plan, for all the storage the academy uses. No storage stays free after the free period ends. Storage includes videos, class recordings, PDFs and other files uploaded to the academy.

3Notice before any action

If a storage bill is unpaid, we notify the academy owner by email and in the admin dashboard 20 days before any action is taken on the academy.

4Dormant academies

If the bill is still unpaid after the 20-day notice, the academy is marked dormant. While an academy is dormant, new uploads and new sales are paused. The academy becomes active again as soon as the pending bill is paid.

5Paid students are protected

Students who have paid for a course keep their access, content and data, including while an academy is dormant.
