Refund Policy

Same-day refund

If you change your mind, you can request a full refund on the same calendar day (in your local timezone) that you completed your purchase. Same-day refund requests are honoured no questions asked.

How to request a refund

Email team@crossoverprep.com from the address you used to enrol, with your order/payment ID. We acknowledge every request and, once approved, initiate the refund to your original payment method.

Processing time

Approved refunds are initiated immediately from our side. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it typically takes 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account. Refunds are always issued to the original payment method and in the original currency of the transaction.

After the same-day window

Because CrossoverPrep is a digital course with immediate, lifetime access to all videos, mock tests and downloadable material, refunds requested after the same-day window are generally not available. If you experienced a technical problem that prevented you from accessing the course, contact us — we will make it right.

Duplicate or failed payments

If you were charged more than once for the same order, or money was deducted but access was not granted, email us with the payment reference and we will refund the duplicate/failed charge in full.
